The NHS Budget Holder's Survival Guide

Today was another opportunity to run The NHS Budget Holder’s Survival Guide – this time in Harlow in Essex for staff from the East of England. A major focus of the day is action planning the things that managers and clinicians need to do differently in their relationship with finance in order to improve their services.
